We want to assemble the next generation of talent through effective engagement with local students and educators.
Inspiring the next generation
We believe we can inspire the next generation of construction professionals through an education programme that encourages a love of science, technology, engineering, arts and math (STEAM).
Our sessions can include mentoring, workshops, activities and careers advice. They will be tailored to students from primary to secondary school, plus people with special education needs and disability and those in further education.
On top of work experience, we’ll be offering T Level industry placements. T Levels are equivalent to three A-Levels with 80% of the student’s time spent in the classroom and 20% within the workplace.
Our goal is to help young people to reach their full potential.
Games for the classroom
We’ve teamed up with Minecraft to recreate the A428 Black Cat to Caxton Gibbet improvements scheme a new game.
In the game students will be able to jump in and explore, building a new stretch of road while keeping animal habitats safe.
Minecraft is a game where your imagination is unlimited. Don’t forget to check-out the Creative Modes which can be used during lunchtime or after school clubs to design and build new creations.

Discover archaeology home learning pack
Museum of London Archaeology (MOLA) has developed a new home learning pack for kids (and big kids!), inspired by fascinating discoveries on the A428.
The learning pack brings archaeology to life through a series of exciting and engaging activities for children working at Key Stage 2 level.
